This week at Gainsborough…
Summer 2…
Gainsborough Food Pantry
We are very luck to be able to offer our families some food pantry packs from our freshly grown growers! Starting this month, you can get a fresh, seasonal produce bag — harvested the same day, grown right here in Gainsborough using low-waste, sustainable methods — for just £5 a week.
Each bag includes a generous mix of leafy greens, herbs, and other seasonal extras, depending on what’s ready to pick. We choose the contents based on what’s growing that week — so while not everything from the weekly update will be in your bag, you’ll always get something fresh and varied.
How It Works
1. Join the Email List
Just send a quick email with “Food Pantry” in the subject line to:
info@sourcefoods.uk
(You can unsubscribe any time.)
2. Get a Weekly Growing Update (Wednesdays)
We’ll send you a short email each week with what’s in season and likely to feature in that week’s bag. Just for info — no need to choose anything!
3. Reserve Your Bag (Fridays)
On Friday, you’ll get a payment link. If you’d like a bag, just pay by 5pm to reserve.
Bags are limited and it’s first-come, first-served — so payment secures your spot.
4. Pick Up (Mondays, 3–5pm)
Pick up your bag from school reception.
No cash, no hassle — just collect your bag and enjoy!
School Uniform
Well done to staff, children and families for improving the consistency in our whole school approach to uniform from reception to Year 6. All children will be reminded if they in school and not in school uniform, that the school expects them to wear:

We will also be reminding children that their school PE kit should be work on PE kit days:
